What level of photographer is ARC for?
All levels are welcome.

What are the Workshops?
Workshops on April 18 give you more time with speakers from the ARC conference. Full details will be sent to those who secured a spot.
Do I need to attend the conference to sign up for a workshop?
No. Workshops are open to the public.
Where is the conference?
The ARC Experience Conference will take place at Famee Furlane of Vancouver, 2605 E Pender St, Vancouver, BC V5K 2B6.
I'm driving. Is there parking close to the Conference venue?
We recommend using transportation apps, as parking near the venue can be challenging. Some street parking is available nearby—anticipate extra time for travel.
What do I need for check-in?
Bring a government-issued ID that matches your registration.
What are the behavior expectations?
We value kindness and respect. Please be considerate and create a positive space for everyone.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided. Meals are at your own expense, but feel free to bring your own snacks or a water bottle.
What about the lunch break?
You’ll have time to go offsite for lunch. Some nearby lunch spots include:

Is there a meet-up before the event?
Yes! Join us for a casual "welcome hang" on the evening of April 15 from 7:00 PM at Brewhall. Located at 97 E 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 1B3.
Where is the party?
The evening Narrative party will be at Fortune Sound Club located at 147 E Pender St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1T5 on April 16. You may bring one guest — just let Lisa know before the party who you'll be bringing for the guest list (even on the day of the party).

Do I have to worry about bears?
Bear sightings are rare in the city. No need for bear spray, but do pack an umbrella! ;)
Does the ticket include accommodation?
Accommodation is not included. We recommend staying close to downtown at the Atrium Hotel or

Tickets are non-refundable.
Should I pack my party pants?
Yes! Prepare to dance the night away at the party with DJ Chips.
Can I meet sponsors and speakers?
Absolutely! Take time to visit our amazing sponsors and speakers over the 2 days and sign up to our remaining ARC Workshops for extra time with your favourite speakers.
