Where should I stay?
Downtown Vancouver is a good idea!
We will have special rates at select hotels in thew new year. But if you're keen to book, we recommend The Burrard, The Loden or Sutton Hotel.

What is included in the ticket price? Is it 2 days of Talks?
You'll get access to our 2 Day Conference, 10+ Speaker Presentations, Breakout Sessions, Panel Discussions, First Access to Speaker Workshops, Welcome Gathering, Closing After Party + More!

When are the ARC Workshops + is it an additional cost?
Yes. Workshops from select speakers will be held on Friday April 18th 2025.
Typical cost of a workshop is $400 for 3-4 hours.

Where is the schedule / agenda?
This will be available from March 2025 - there will be plenty of breaks, time for lunch and lots of time to mingle with speakers, our partners and other attendees
